Pixmenia v23 Safe phpMyAdmin Workflow

This version protects:

Your workflow:
1. Open /admin/post_update_repair.php
2. Click Backup Protected Tables Before Update
3. Click Backup Admin Settings
4. Upload new files
5. Import pixboost_app/sql/database.sql in phpMyAdmin
6. Open /admin/post_update_repair.php
7. Click Restore Admin Settings if needed
8. Click Repair Images After phpMyAdmin Update

Important:
The included database.sql is now safe-additive. It creates missing tables and avoids overwriting protected production rows/settings.
The image repair button can fully restore customer image links only if the actual files still exist in Persistent Assets.
